HOW TO BUY

If you wish to buy an item you have seen on our site we first of all need to confirm the item is still available. Please use the form below to submit your enquiry. If you wish to be advised of a postal cost please state your location on the form. We will respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible.

Once we have confirmed the item is available and the price, including postage, is agreed, you may pay using one of the methods listed below. Other methods may be considered. Please DO NOT send a payment until you have recieved confirmation, at which point, the item will be reserved for you.

Returns Policy

Please note: Non - U.K. payment methods may be subject to a bank processing charge.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Northern Antiques will be happy to refund, subject to the following conditions.

1. The customer must notify Northern Antiques within 5 working days of receipt of their purchase.

2. The item is received by us no later than 14 days after customer receipt of the item. Note: If it is not possible to return the item in the specified time due to special circumstances, Northern Antiques may negotiate with the customer to agree a suitable return date.

3. The item is returned in the same condition as it was received before a refund can be agreed. (Where applicable)

4. Except in the rare event of loss or damage in transit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duty or other charge applicable to the return.

5. In the event of the item/s being lost or damaged in transit we will liaise with the insurers to claim any monies due to the customer. On receipt of payment from the insurer the refund will be paid immediately to the customer. Due to insurance specifications we would advise customers to select a suitable method of postage that is appropriate, eg. tracker, signed for etc, to ensure a speedy compensation. Northern Antiques will help select the most appropriate method of postage. Please note that postal prices vary according to size, weight, contents and destination of the package. In respect of damaged items, the item must be in our receipt before a refund can be issued.

Our commitment to customer satisfaction

We work had to ensure customer satisfaction and describe our items clearly so that nothing is misrepresented. With regard to shipping, we realise that sometimes accidents may happen and for this reason we always package our items securely in order to try and eliminate the risk of damage.
