Rare Worcester Chocolate Cup and Saucer, Circa 1780

With grooved strap handle, painted in underglaze blue in 'Chantilly' style with flower and sprigs, rims picked out in orchre, saucer 14.8cms, hunting horn marks,This rare pattern no.I.E.52,'The Shantilly Sprig' is discussed by Branyan, French and Sandon, Worcester Blue and White Porcelain.

Condition - excellent conditon, very minor wear to rims. No restoration or repair
