A rare and early Bow saucer of quatrelobed shape, enamelled in Meissen style with formal floral sprays in puce, blue, green and yellow, the rim picked out in brown, this saucer is of great importance and was made in the first years of production, Bow factory Circa 1748-74 the production output was high producing a large variety of wares from decorative items such as figures, to utilitarian tableware mainly painted in underglazed blue decoration, the porcelain was thickly potted with a greyish appearance and is distinct from other factories, 12.8cms.

A good relief-moulded cabbage leaf jug, printed in underglaze blue with one of the popular series known as' The Bouquets'. with a scrolling handle and mask-head spout, these moulded jugs appear mid- to late period Worcester blue and white porcelain and found in various sizes also similar jugs were made at other factories in the 18th century such as Caughley, printed crescent mark to base, 20.5cm heigh.

Polychrome globular teapot decorated with the 'Chinese Family'pattern, the cover with chinese figures,spout with flower sprays,
Great quantities of Chinese porcelain were being imported into Britain around this period as demand was high. The design and colours were exciting and interesting to the general public that had never seen a Chinese man, this teapot shows Chinese family seen and would have represented a sence of social history to the untraveld British public, factories in Britian had to adapt to compete and started to design oriental styles of there own, 15cms.

Globular shape with a flower finial,painted in bright enamals with the 'Conjurer'pattern, the conjurer standing before a tall stand upon which a vase of flowers rests, watched by a portly chinese gentleman seated at a table, another gentleman behind him,underglaze blue borders and gilded rims,15cms.

Cover with flower finial, painted in Japan style in underglaze blue, iron red, green and gold with a prunus sprig and japanese flowers and foliage, Chinese and Japanese styles played an inportant part in the way that English wares were decorated, this teapot is no exception painted in a Japanese imari style, it could have been copied directly from Japanese porcelain , ( the square or fret mark, painted in underglaze blue ),14cms.

Shell-shaped with a plain loop handle,low pedestal foot, painted in blue with flower sprigs, loop and dot border inside the rim, this small Suffolk factory started production about 1747 and ended around 1799, producing soft-paste porcelians with bone-ash; for the first ten years decoration was confined to underglaze blue painted wares, usually in chinoiserie patterns, output was mainly utilitarian wares and mainly catering for the local markets. Lowestoft porcelain is now becoming highly sought after by collectors world wide and fine examples are rare.10cms wide,

A good dark blue underglaze printed plate with the ' pine cone' design shaped edge and raised foot rim, the 'Pine Cone' pattern was popular and many utilitarian items were made printed crescent mark 24.cm,
