A fine oval dish, hand painted by Worcester artist, Ernest Phillips, known for his neat flower groups and still life. Painted with floral filled cartouches detailed with gilt scrollwork, reserved against a scale blue ground. Blue and puce printed marks, T. Goode of Mayfair London Retailer's marks
